Between Our Affiliated Companies
If you contact Planet Construction about a roofing need, we may share your inquiry information with Roofing Network to arrange your free inspection or quote, and vice versa.
This internal sharing is done for the sole purpose of routing your inquiry to the right team within our family of companies.
Service Providers and Subcontractors
We share information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business, including licensed trade subcontractors, project management software platforms, CRM and communication tools, payment processors, and marketing and analytics platforms.
These parties are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.
Insurance Companies
For storm or damage restoration projects, we may share relevant project documentation and photographs with your insurance carrier or adjuster to support the claims process, with your knowledge and authorization.

Customer and Project Records
Project records, signed contracts, invoices, photographs, and documentation are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following project completion, per Florida contractor record keeping requirements. This applies to both Planet Construction and Roofing Network project records.
Roofing Quotes and Aerial Data
Aerial roof measurements and associated quote data collected through Roofing Network's 15-minute aerial quote system are retained for the duration necessary to service your inquiry and any resulting project.
Marketing Data
If you have opted in to marketing communications, we retain your contact information until you opt out or request deletion.
Website Analytics
Anonymized usage data is retained according to the default settings of the analytics platforms used, generally between 14 and 26 months.

Message frequency varies by project status and your preferences. During active projects, you may receive up to 4–6 messages per month.
Opt Out
