Terms of Service — Planet Construction & Affiliated Brands

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging Planet Construction or any of our affiliated brands for services. By accessing our websites or hiring our teams, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us — Our Family of Companies

Planet Construction is a licensed general contracting company serving residential and commercial clients across South Florida. These Terms of Service apply to Planet Construction and our affiliated roofing division, Roofing Network (operated by Planet Roofing, LLC).

Planet Construction

Planet Construction handles the full spectrum of construction and restoration services including concrete restoration, remodeling, waterproofing, windows and doors, damage restoration, commercial build-outs, and exterior restoration.

Roofing Network — Our Dedicated Roofing Division

All roofing services are delivered under our specialized roofing division, Roofing Network, operated as Planet Roofing, LLC. Roofing Network is a GAF Master Elite Certified contractor serving Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County since 1993 — placing it in the top 3% of roofing contractors nationwide.

When you engage either company, you are working within the same trusted family of construction businesses. Roofing Network maintains its own Terms of Service at https://www.roofing-network.com/terms-of-service, which governs any roofing-specific engagements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting pcflc.com, submitting a contact or quote form, calling our office, or engaging Planet Construction for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If your project involves roofing services, you may also be directed to our Roofing Network division at https://www.roofing-network.com, which operates under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Engaging Roofing Network for a roofing project constitutes acceptance of those terms as well.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

3. Services Offered

Planet Construction provides a broad range of construction and restoration services. A full description of each category is available on the corresponding pages of our website.

Roofing Services — Delivered by Roofing Network

All residential and commercial roofing services — including shingle, tile, metal, flat, TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, standing seam, and emergency roof repair — are delivered by our dedicated roofing division, Roofing Network (Planet Roofing, LLC). Roofing Network operates 32 distinct roofing services across South Florida and offers free aerial quotes within 15 minutes. 4. Estimates, Quotes, and Contracts

Free Estimates

Planet Construction offers free, no-obligation estimates for most residential and commercial projects. Roofing Network offers free aerial roof quotes delivered within 15 minutes — no salesperson visit required until you are ready. Estimates are not binding contracts. Pricing may vary based on final site inspection, material availability, permit requirements, and project scope.

Project Contracts

All approved projects are governed by a separate written Project Agreement signed by both parties. The Project Agreement — not these Terms of Service — governs payment schedules, timelines, warranty terms, and material specifications for your specific job. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Project Agreement, the Project Agreement takes precedence.

Roofing Contracts

For roofing projects handled by Roofing Network, a separate roofing contract will be executed under Planet Roofing, LLC. That contract is governed by Roofing Network's Terms of Service available at https://www.roofing-network.com/terms-of-service.

Scope Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be documented via a signed Change Order before work proceeds. We are not responsible for delays or cost overruns resulting from undisclosed site conditions, owner-requested changes, or permit processing delays.

5. Licensing and Insurance

Planet Construction operates as a fully licensed and insured general contractor in the State of Florida.

Roofing Network (Planet Roofing, LLC) holds Florida Roofing License numbers CCC1329271 and CGC1517295, carries $2 million in general liability insurance plus workers' compensation, and holds GAF Master Elite Certification — awarded to only the top 3% of roofing contractors in the United States. Every roofing job is permit-pulled and code-compliant.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and installment schedules are defined in your individual Project Agreement. We typically require a deposit at contract execution, progress payments at defined milestones, and a final payment upon project completion.

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the Project Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.

Financing

Both Planet Construction and Roofing Network offer financing options for qualifying projects. Roofing Network offers 0% APR for 12 months, flexible 60-month plans, 120-month low-payment plans, and same-day approval through multiple lenders. Financing is subject to third-party lender approval.

7. Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

Both Planet Construction and Roofing Network warrant their workmanship against defects for the period specified in each Project Agreement.

GAF Golden Pledge Warranty — Roofing Network

For shingle roof projects completed by Roofing Network using GAF materials, clients may be eligible for the GAF Golden Pledge warranty — the strongest roofing warranty available in the industry, backed directly by GAF. Details are provided at time of contract execution.

Manufacturer Warranties

Products and materials installed by either company — including roofing materials, windows, doors, waterproofing membranes, and surface coatings — may carry separate manufacturer warranties provided at project completion.

Warranty Exclusions

Workmanship warranties do not cover damage resulting from acts of God (including hurricanes, floods, or extreme weather), third-party modifications to completed work, normal wear and tear, pre-existing undisclosed conditions, or failure to follow post-project maintenance recommendations.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on pcflc.com and roofing-network.com — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable documents — is the property of Planet Construction, Planet Roofing, LLC, or their respective content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may browse these websites for personal, informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Third-party links on either website — including to manufacturer sites, financing partners, and review platforms — are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement by Planet Construction or Roofing Network.

9. Insurance Claims Assistance

Both Planet Construction and Roofing Network offer assistance to property owners navigating insurance claims related to storm, wind, water, fire, and damage events. Roofing Network specifically assists with storm damage insurance claims for roofing projects. This assistance is informational and coordination-based. Neither company is a licensed public adjuster. 10. Permits and Code Compliance

Planet Construction and Roofing Network are each responsible for obtaining required building permits for projects as agreed in the respective Project Agreement. Permit timelines are subject to local municipality processing and are outside our control. All work is performed in compliance with applicable Florida Building Code requirements. Roofing Network pulls permits for every roofing project — no permit-waived shortcuts.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, liability of Planet Construction or Roofing Network to any party for claims arising out of these Terms, our websites, or services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by that party for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Neither company shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits or business interruption.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planet Construction, Planet Roofing, LLC, their officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our websites.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Venue

Disputes arising under these Terms related to Planet Construction shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida. Disputes related to Roofing Network services shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida, where both entities operate.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our websites or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
